FrenchEtVoila was founded in 2018 by Thérèse Djob, an experienced educator and mother of 4 who believes every child can succeed with the right support.
With over 10 years of experience in Francophone and French immersion schools. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Technology from a university in Montreal, Quebec, and a Bachelor of Education from Cape Breton University. Her teaching career has taken her across the country, as she has studied and worked in three provinces.
Thérèse saw a common pattern: many students weren’t lacking ability—they simply needed personalized guidance to thrive.
That insight led to the creation of FrenchEtVoilà, a tutoring program designed to build both academic skills and confidence.
Since then, we’ve helped over 300 students across Canada improve in math and French—many increasing their grades by one to two levels in just 12 weeks.
Today, our team of dedicated tutors provides tailored support for every learner, whether they need to catch up, keep up, or get ahead.

At Frenchetvoila, we teach and tutor material for grades K-12 as well as adults. We also have specialized programs like conversation classes offer to all ages, to compliment your individual skill level. Whether you are a formal student or you are merely fulfilling your desire to improve your French language skills, we have programs to facilitate your needs at reasonable rates.

Our teaching methods
At Frenchetvoila, we champion the one-on-one teaching experience so that our students can feel valued and move at a pace that is most suitable for their learning. We make the learning experience enjoyable by utilizing tools such as phonics, technology, and positive reinforcement to keep our students engaged and motivated.
