Frenchetvoila is a private business offering educational tutoring services in Math and French, from K to12 and also adults in speaking French.

We are currently looking for Online French Math Tutor, who speaks French and English; comfortable working with children from K to grade 12. The tutor has to be available Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm, and Saturdays from 9 am to 1:00 pm.

Location: Online Tutoring

Ideal candidate:

• Undergraduate or post-secondary qualification (or currently working towards a degree)
• Bachelor’s degree is an asset
• Strong secondary school French skills are an asset
• Teaching certification is an asset
• Graduate or enrolled in B.Ed, B.Sc is an asset
• Certified teacher is an asset
• Retired teacher is an asset
• Experience teaching/tutoring is an asset
• Current or willingness to get a vulnerable sector police check

Job Type: Part-time

This is a part-time remote position for someone who can confidently take on the roles of Business Development Manager, Sales Agent, and Lead Generation Specialist. If you love results, are passionate about education, and want to help a small business grow, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Generating leads and building powerful sales funnels
• Increasing student enrollments through strategic outreach and warm customer connection
• Calling and following up with potential clients and building lasting relationships
• Asking for customer reviews and boost our brand visibility
• Reach out to schools and businesses to secure new contracts
• Track performance through KPIs and suggest improvements
• Help streamline operations and improve efficiency
• Offer light business or mindset coaching (if applicable)
• Contribute to planning offers, promotions, and retention strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
• Bachelor’s degree in the same field is an asset
• Familiarity with tutoring, education, or small business environments
• Strong communication and client engagement skills
• Organized, strategic, and results-oriented
• Familiarity with marketing, content-based lead generation, or YouTube (optional but welcome)
• Must be fluent in English; French is an asset
• Ability to manage small tasks while thinking big
• Experience with business systems and automation tools

Position Details:

• Part-time and flexible hours
• Work remotely
• Salary is negotiable based on experience
• Performance bonuses and commissions available for securing contracts with schools or businesses
