Online Tutoring Sessions
This program is for students attending a Francophone or french immersion school or want to learn French from scratch this is for you! We also offer mathematics tutoring in French or English. You want to compliment your child’s current learning skills and abilities FrenchetVoila can help you!
Offering students, a selection of French and Math tutoring specifically tailored to French writing and speaking comprehension, and the fundamentals of Math.
Group Class: French Language + Writing (k-7)
Our French online tutoring program is offered via group video conferencing in 45 minutes for $25 per session. Group classes are scheduled by grade levels. This group classes will help students with French vocabulary, spelling, speaking, writing, phonetics, reading and comprehension. Students will also be given additional practice worksheets each week to complete at home. We need a minimum of 2 students to run a class.
For this class, we will provide our students with complimentary worksheets and resources, you do not need to purchase workbooks.
We recommend that along with group classes that students add a One-on-One session per month.
FREE group French conversation classes for students in Grade 1-6
FrenchEtVoila offers free conversation classes each week. Anyone is welcome to register 1 time per month. Registration for the upcoming week will open on Thursdays. Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram for details. We also encourage parents to be with their child during the conversation class as it is a good way for them to learn as well.
Each week we will choose a topic and ask students questions related to the topic. Students will have the opportunity to practice speaking in French as well as listening to each other. This free class is open to everyone, not just current FrenchEtVoila monthly students (maximum 1 free class/ month per student). If you want to participate in more than one class per month it would be a small cost of $15. Space is limited and pre-registration is required.
Group Class: Math (in French or English) Grade 1-10
Our Math online tutoring program is a group class offered in 45 minutes for $25 per session. This program is for students in grades 1-10. Students will be tutored and given personalized support in their grade-level math as set out by Alberta Education.
We need a minimum of 2 students to run the class.
For this class, we will provide our students with complimentary worksheets and resources, you do not need to purchase workbooks.
We recommend that along with group classes that students add a One-on-One session per month.
One on One: French or Math (in French or English)
Our One on One online tutoring program is offered in 45 minutes for $50 per session, for students in grades 1 through 10. Students will be tutored and given individual learning style and support in their grade-level as set out by Alberta Education.
For this class, we will provide our students with complimentary worksheets and resources, but students must purchase their workbooks externally (Copies are available on amazon).
Adult Conversation Classes
Special video conferencing in 45 min sessions for Adult’s on Saturdays for you to practice speaking and listening in French.
FrenchetVoila’s video conferencing service is included in your tutoring fee. We ask for a month to month commitment2
Referral program
For every three students you refer (for group or individual tutoring and not including our new free conversation classes), we will give you a one month credit for one student in your family. Please ensure you ask any students you refer to let us know via email at frenchetvoila@gmail.com who they were referred by so we can keep track.
